What We Do

Tom founded Rhys and Associates LLC in June 2023 with a passion to combine his background in the arts, education, economic development, and healthcare, and bring together a talented team of professionals to generate social impact. He is an Everything DiSC® Certified Practitioner and seasoned facilitator with a passion for driving effective communication throughout organizations to build trusted relationships and fuel creativity and enterprise. 

Dave’s career pathway began with an educational background in Psychology and Occupational Therapy, where he rose through the ranks of healthcare leadership, combining his MBA and executive experience to drive impact through strategy, leadership, and operations. As a partner with Rhys and Associates LLC, his passion is to transform healthcare ecosystems and institutions at the local and global level.

Ann leveraged her background in Education, Sociology, and Psychology into a career path in corporate training, instructional design and communication. She has created, led, or participated in several change management programs with global companies. As a partner with Rhys and Associates LLC, she leverages her skills in program design, meeting facilitation, communication, and leadership to foster positive organizational change.

Evan's journey began at Penn State, where he currently studies International Politics with minors in French Horn Performance and Arabic. As a candidate for the Foreign Affairs, Masters of International Affairs program, Evan is driven to make an impact and foster positive and creative change in communities from both an artistic and guiding perspective by driving effective collaborations. He is interning during his 5th year at Penn State.
